Bharat Value Offshore Fund (BVOF) fund is a closed ended fund (fund tenor – 5 yrs) which invests in exceptional companies in India which are well established, generally quite profitable businesses on the cusp of J-curve of exponential growth. The fund is sector agnostic and looks to partner with the investee companies to provide growth capital to the company and strategic alignment with the interests of the promoter to help take the company to public markets.
We aim to generate substantial returns to the investor in this strategy. Progress Asia has partnered with The Wealth Company (SEBI registered fund manager) for managing this fund strategy. Total AUM under this fund including the AIF vehicle is USD 235mm.
This fund closed for new subscription in July 2025.

Bharat Value Offshore Fund 4 (BVOF-4) fund is a closed ended fund (fund tenor – 5.5 yrs) which invests in exceptional companies in India which are well established, generally quite profitable businesses on the cusp of J-curve of exponential growth. The fund is sector agnostic and looks to partner with the investee companies to provide growth capital to the company and in strategic alignment with the interests of the promoter to help take the company to public markets.
We aim to generate substantial returns to our investors in this strategy. Progress Asia has partnered with The Wealth Company (SEBI registered fund manager) for managing this fund strategy. Investment committee comprises of six senior investment professionals each with > 20 years of investment experience.
As of Sept 2025, the fund is currently open for new subscriptions.
